For most Indian families there have been two ways to search. We started Dilaire to offer a third, with the candour to tell you when something is not working.

Deepesh speaks with every new client, and their family where they wish, before a search begins. He reviews each introduction before it is made and is the person you call when something is not working.
Armaan Pardesi
Co-founder, NRI Searches and Member Relations
Armaan leads searches for NRI clients and their families across time zones, and looks after the members we introduce: their verification, their privacy and their experience of every meeting.
03What we hold to
Four principles, no exceptions.
Discretion
Nothing about a client is shared without consent, and we say exactly how data is handled.
Diligence
Published verification steps, and a founder reviewing every introduction.
Dignity
No caste, class or colour labels in our pricing or our copy. Families respected, never ranked.
Candour
We tell clients the odds, the timeline, and when a search is not working.
04Results, honestly
We are new, so we will show our working.
You will not find borrowed press logos or unnamed success rates here. As our first searches complete, we will publish results against these definitions, dated, and only with written consent.
