01Why professionals come to us

Success makes finding a partner harder, not easier.

Long hours, frequent moves and a small social circle at the top of a profession all narrow the field. Apps add noise; well-meaning introductions from family rarely fit.

  1. Time returned

We handle the search, verification and logistics. You spend your time only on meetings.

  2. Discretion by design

Nobody browses your profile. Introductions learn only what you have approved.

  3. Peers, verified

Education, work and marital status are checked for everyone we introduce, before you meet.

  4. A clear brief

We write your search brief with you, in your words, and hold ourselves to it.

  5. Candid feedback

After each meeting, honest feedback from both sides, so every introduction improves the next.

  6. Your calendar first

Calls and meetings planned around work and travel, including across cities and countries.

02For public-facing professionals

Privacy, when your name is known.

If colleagues, clients or the press know your name, the search has to be quieter still. These are the rules we keep.

  • No public profile, ever: nobody can search for you or browse your details
  • Employment verified through documents you share, never by contacting your employer
  • An introduction learns only what you have approved, and only once both of you agree
  • We never post about clients

03Screening

How introductions are screened.

Before anyone is introduced to you, a founder has spoken with them, verified their identity, education, current role and marital status, and checked that what they want from a marriage is compatible with your brief.

You then receive a short written note explaining why we think the two of you could work, and what we know about them that you would want to know. Only if you both agree do we share contact details and arrange to meet.

The full method

04Founders and senior leaders

Executive matchmaking, run like a mandate.

If you run a company, sit on a leadership team or carry a family business, your calendar belongs to other people. We work to it: calls booked through you or your assistant, introductions planned around board meetings and travel, and first meetings in whichever city you will be in.

Confidentiality is part of the brief. Tell us who must not hear about your search, and we will make sure they do not. If you would like the people we introduce to agree to confidentiality before details are shared, raise it at the start; we will build it into how introductions are made.

People sometimes search for “high net worth matchmaking”. We do not sort anyone by wealth, and we never ask for income or net worth on a form. What we screen for is seriousness, values and fit, and that the person we introduce wants the same kind of life you do.

05Doctors, lawyers, engineers

Demanding careers, planned for.

Doctors on call rotas and in residency, lawyers before a hearing, engineers between time zones: matchmaking for doctors and other demanding professions has to fit around unpredictable weeks. We schedule around your rota, keep introductions few and well prepared, and ask early about postings, further training or a move abroad, so both people know what the next few years may hold.

If studying at an IIT, an IIM, a medical college or a law school you respect matters to you, tell us. We treat education as a preference to discuss in your brief, never as a ranking of people, and we verify the degree of everyone we introduce.

Searching from abroad as well? Our pages for NRIs and for Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi NCR explain how a search works in each place.

Questions

Questions professionals ask us.

What do you verify before an introduction?

With their consent, we verify identity, education, current employment and marital status for everyone we introduce, and we check again before each introduction. We see the documents and keep a record that the check was done, but not copies of the documents themselves.

Who will see my information?

Only the founders working on your search. Your details are never shown in a database or shared with anyone you have not agreed to be introduced to, and nothing about you is used for advertising. Our Verification and privacy page sets out exactly who sees what.

Do you ask about caste, religion or income?

Never on our website. If community, faith or other preferences matter to you or your family, you can tell us on a call and we will discuss them openly. We do not label, rank or price people by caste, class, colour or wealth, and we decline requests that rest on discrimination.

How do I withdraw my details?

Email us at any time and we will delete your details, keeping only what the law requires us to keep, and confirm in writing when it is done. Withdrawing is as simple as applying.

I travel constantly. How much time will this take?

A 20-minute fit call, an onboarding conversation of about an hour, and then time for the introductions themselves. We handle the searching, screening and scheduling, and fit meetings around your calendar and travel.

Will anyone at my workplace find out?

Not from us. We confirm your employment discreetly, through documents you share, rather than by contacting your employer, and we never show your profile publicly. Introductions know only what you have agreed they can.
