Marriage agency, app or private matchmaker?

The city has many dating agencies and apps, most built for the general market. Few are designed around Indian family involvement, or around a search that may include someone in India. We hold no database and share nothing about you until both people agree to an introduction.

A founder leads every search, and we introduce a few people at a time, each with written reasons why we think the match deserves a conversation.

When the right to stay depends on a pass

Many Indians here live on an Employment Pass or an S Pass tied to their job; others are permanent residents or citizens. A couple's status shapes where they can live, how secure their stay is if a job changes, and whether a spouse can work, which depends on the pass that spouse holds.

We ask about plans for the next few years, verify current status where it matters to the search, and make sure both people understand the practical picture before they meet. The rules are set by the Ministry of Manpower and change from time to time, so we always point you to the official source rather than advise.

Citizenship, and the long view

Singapore does not generally allow adults to hold dual citizenship, and nor does India; Overseas Citizenship of India is a status, not a second passport. For a couple where one partner is a citizen there, or plans to become one, this affects children, property and where parents can come to live.

We do not give legal advice. We make sure the question is raised early, between the two people and their families, instead of after an engagement.

Housing questions that come up early

Eligibility for public (HDB) housing depends on whether either partner is a citizen or permanent resident, and couples where neither is usually look at private housing. It is a practical question many couples only discover after they have met, and it can shape decisions about status and timing.

These schemes change, so check HDB's current rules. We simply make sure it is on the list of things worth talking about.

Close to India, closest to the south

Direct flights connect Changi with Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai and Delhi, so a first family meeting in India can often fit into a long weekend. Deepavali is a public holiday there, and with year-end leave it is when many families plan a trip home.

If the right person may be in India, the search can include the city you would most like to return to, or the one your family calls home.

Verification across borders

We verify identity, education, current work and marital status for everyone we introduce, and pass or residency status where it matters. Many people here studied or worked in India or elsewhere first, so we check those records too. Careers here can move quickly; we check again before each introduction.

Questions

Questions from Singapore

Are you a dating agency in Singapore?

No. We run a private, founder-led search focused on marriage, for Indian professionals and their families. We hold no public database, verify everyone and introduce a few people at a time.

Can you introduce someone on an Employment Pass to someone in India?

Yes. We discuss where the couple would live and what pass or status a spouse would need, so both people understand the practical picture before they meet. For the rules themselves, we point you to the Ministry of Manpower.

Do you have an office in Singapore?

No. We work from India by phone and video, which suits a busy week well: calls happen at a time that fits your working week, and introductions can be local, in India or both.

What time would calls with my parents in India be?

India is 2½ hours behind all year, so an 8pm call in the city is 5:30pm in India. We always schedule in your local time first and agree at the start who joins which calls.

Do you verify Singapore PR or citizenship?

Where it matters to the search, yes, with consent, alongside identity, education, current work and marital status. Documents are seen, not stored.

Does the search have to stay within Singapore?

No. We agree the scope at the start: here, India, or both. Signature covers up to three cities or countries, which suits people who might settle in either place.
